Acid: 6.3 g/L
PH: 3.60
Alcohol %: 13.5%
Tasting Notes: COLOUR: Dark purple with a crimson rim.

PALATE: Dense plummy fruit dominates the palate and is supported by fine Cabernet tannins that together create a soft, plush wine with great drinkability and rich, varietal character.
Vineyard Notes: Excellent conditions throughout the growing season began with average winter rainfall, and a drier spring. Very hot January weather was tempered with good water management, with balanced canopies providing shade and assisting optimum ripening. Warm, dry conditions continued through harvest, promoting good flavour profiles and colour development.
Winemaker Notes: 16% was matured with French oak to enhance complexity, weight & structure while highlighting the bright fruit character.
Food Pairing: Red Label Cabernet Sauvignon is great with spaghetti Bolognese, or grilled lamb cutlets with rosemary potatoes.

Peak Drinking:
Best enjoyed in its youth, however will continue to develop for 1 to 2 years in bottle.
